COVId-19 FAQS

*By purchasing tickets you agree to follow and adhere to the below rules and procedures. Failure to do so may result in being refused entry or being removed from the venue with no refunds being issued. 

 

**Standard FAQs listed on our website apply except and with the addition of:


 

  1. We can only accept bookings of up to 6 per group. We are obliged to follow government guidelines and reducing numbers is essential for social distancing. If you have any further questions re: group sizes for a particular event date, please email yo@garagebrunch.com for advice.
     

  2. We cannot allow guests to mix with other tables. You must observe social distancing and stay at least 1 metre away from other guests.
     

  3. All guests will need to fill in their details in the Track and Trace app provided by the venue. 
     

  4. There will be hand sanitiser stations situated around the venue. Please make use of these.
     

  5. Ticket prices may vary depending on the event - we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights and you will not be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you have purchased your tickets before any special offers were introduced.
     

  6. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue who aren’t adhering to the Health and Safety Guidelines for events listed on our website on the day of the event.
     

  7. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue that aren’t able to produce ID on the day.
     

  8. Occasionally (especially in the current climate) events may be postponed or rescheduled and by purchasing tickets you agree that as an organiser we may ask you to attend at a different date and set refund limitations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
     

  9. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY WILL BE TAKEN AT THE EVENT AND MAY BE POSTED ON OUR ONLINE PLATFORMS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY IMAGE OF YOURSELF REMOVED PLEASE EMAIL US AT yo@garagebrunch.com.
